چکیده
Abstract Aim show our technique for abdominal wall graft retrieval minimizing warm ischemia time. Material and methods a video report of an (full-thickness) from female brain death donor. Results better perfusion with lower picnosis in the studied cells. Lower tissue damage both full-thickness isolated fascia grafts. Surgical technique: An “house-flap” incision is done as opposed to conventional cross-line laparotomy. The flap extended until inguinal ligament, divided afterwards gain easier access femoral vessels. After organ dissection, common iliac arteries are dissected close aortic bifurcation up vessels, beyond origin inferior epigastric arteries. cannulation aorta, cava vein mesenteric intraabdominal organs, cannulated external artery. To achieve optimal rectus we have clamp artery distal (usually at level artery). simultaneously all organs. Afterwards, cover cold pads avoid direct contact between ice graft. A closure donor must be ensured after removing Conclusions has showed pathological outcomes than those previously published time

The CC-V Flap: A Novel Technique for Augmenting a C-V Nipple Reconstruction Using a Free Dermal Graft
BACKGROUND We present a novel method for augmenting the standard C-V flap used for nipple reconstruction with a free dermal graft which aims to improve the appearance of the nipple reconstruction, decrease loss of projection and improve patient satisfaction overall. METHODS The surgical technique for performing a free dermal graft augmentation of a CV flap is described. All patients who unde...
متن کاملComponents separation technique for large abdominal wall defect
Repairing large incisional hernia with abdominal wall reconstruction is a technically challenging problem for surgeons. We report our experience of large midline incisional hernia which was repaired successfully with components separation technique. A patient with incisional hernia, 35 × 20 cm in size, underwent operation following standard components separation technique. The aponeurosis of th...
متن کاملThe Composite Aortic Wall Graft Technique: An Option for a Short Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
SUMMARY During coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery, the saphenous vein is sutured through its proximal segment to the aorta. Intimal hyperplasia is one of the possible causes of graft occlusion. Notably, blood turbulence can induce wall shear stress that may also play an important role in this process. OBJECTIVE We propose a new technique for performing proximal anastomosis to avoid C...
متن کاملultrasound technique in evaluation of abdominal wall hernia
background some sonographic positions for detection of abdominal wall hernias needed .in this paper we described the sonographic technique of abdominal wall hernia. methods from june 2013 to july 2016, three hundred seventy four patients referred in our department for evaluation of abdominal wall hernia (median age, 38 years; range 2 - 86 years). one hundred and ninety patients had abdominal he...
متن کاملAn innovative abdominal wall repair technique for infected prosthesis: the Eskimo technique.
The use of meshes to repair incisional hernias has been shown to reduce the recurrence rate, though it may increase the risk of surgical site infection. This is one of the most feared and devastating complications of surgical abdominal wall repair. The aim of this work is to describe a new surgical technique that was used to treat two patients suffering from chronic prosthesis infection. Additi...
